We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We aim to get all orders made and dispatched within 24 hours, however, this can sometimes take longer during busy period such as major holidays and weekends.

Please note that our staff and couriers do not work on weekends, as such: orders placed between Friday to Monday will not be dispatched until Monday evening at the earliest.

Yes! All major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) are accepted.

Your delivery date can vary depending on which option you choose at the checkout.

Our fastest delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class) can take up to 3 working days to arrive from the date of delivery.

All estimated delivery times are posted at the cart and checkout just look for our delivery options and it will say the turnaround time in brackets.

No, we are not able to see any credit card information that you enter. All of this information is held only by our independent third party payment platform (NatWest, PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay) and we cannot access this information.

Yes, unless we contact you, your order should always come in one package.

We cannot accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances:

• 14 days have passed since receiving your order.
• You have opened your order or your order has been damaged.
• Goods are not in their original packaging.
